Considering that a large portion on North America was below average for the month of May where in the rest of the world was the way above temperatures. According to my Utility company May was 6F colder than 2025 for Upstate New York. I’m just asking because just looking at reports on this site don’t seem to support a May increase.

I found the lead photo of today’s edition very interesting; some big boats and and what appears to be an airport control tower in the foreground and in the background there is a cloud which looks alarmingly like Godzilla about to destroy some poor city. Is there any attribution to the photo? Somebody took some time with photoshop and it would be interesting to know who and why. I’m also looking forward to some ‘splainin’ about the 0.53 degree C raise in the May UAH Temp chart.
