We need to contrive a Winner Takes All confrontation with the Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming (CAGW) lunatics that are driving international, i.e., United Nations’ World Meteorology Organization (WMO) directions, on how to ‘manage’ the Earth’s climate. Get rid of fossil fuels and go for zero emissions. Straight back to the stone age I submit. One might recollect King Canute’s attempt to command the tide not to come in. I didn’t work. This was his attempt to show others the limits to a King’s authority, not his own hubris.

To start what should be a short formal exchange, I suggest that carbon dioxide, not carbon, has very little, to nothing, to do with the Earth’s average temperature. CO2 responds to the Earth’s temperature; Earth warms up, CO2 increases and the opposite is true as well. Earth’s Water vapor has the biggest affect, over 50%, of all in the effects on the Earth’s average climate and its changes over long periods of time. Canada’s worst Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, labelled CO2 as a toxic gas. All Earth’s plant life would quarrel with that preposterous position. Try this at home. Hold your breath for as long as you can. Take another breath and repat the exercise. Keep it up and you will collapse. do the opposite, breathe as fast as you can for as long as you can. You will collapse. Why? the CO2 levels in your blood stream regulate your breathing rate. Message? Don’t screw with CO2!

Lower the CO2 levels below 200 PPM and the plants start to die. Guess who starts to die next? We were down to 250 PPM some years ago. Carbon Capture and Storage is almost an existential suicide wish. Than God it will never happen. You heard it here 1st, maybe?
There is a $100,000.00, challenge, or bet, out there for anyone to show empirical proof of global warming. No takers so far. It simply is not true since the last 20+ years as evidenced by the UAH satellite infrared lower tropopause atmospheric measurements since 1979. Look at the 1st chart above and to the right. Please don’t quibble over 0.6 of a degree over 25 years. With zero preparation by the leaders of the northern hemisphere, and the southern as well, the wars over food may well take 1,000 years to recover from. We have much better means of destruction now than 400 years ago. I suggest that possibly 800 million to one billion humans will perish over the time period of 2030 to 2050. A lot of this carnage could be prevented by, for instance, building pipelines ASAP across Canada to supply people with fuel for heating and whatever. Perhaps this is the way that the number of humans that the planet can sustain can be reduced to 1 billion, a figure that two independent agencies(?) arrived at 20 years ago.

The challenge to the CAGW idiots would be for them to bring one scintilla of empirical evidence to support their case for global warming, rising sea levels, increasing bad weather, fires, droughts, and indeed probably pestilence, bad breath, and BO, maybe.
It simply cannot be argued successfully against the prediction that we are headed into a repeat of the Maunder Minimum of 400 years ago, although to what extent the Earth cools in comparison to that historically recorded event remains to be seen.

Unfortunately, this challenge will not be taken up and until it is obvious to the New York taxi drivers that something is wrong on wall street climate wise, nothing will be allowed to be discussed in the media.

I am 84 now but expect, hopefully for another 10 years+, (actually I would like to have another 25 years and become the biggest pain in the ass to my pension plan ever) which will allow me to see how accurate Prof. Valentina Zharkova’s Double Dynamo Solar Theory will turn out. She has predicted that the Earth will be well into the low points of Solar Cycle 26 by 2032. Less than 6 years from now.

This situation is predicted to stay static at the low point for the next 3 solar cycles, 11 years each so until another 35 years or so By that time, if she is correct, and her theory when hindcasted to climate going back thousands of years, is accurate to 97%, I’ll bet on her prediction. My 9 year old grandson may not have the future life that I have enjoyed.

One should attempt to relocate south of the 45th parallel of latitude for habitable climate then. Cap moved to Portugal for this vey reason I believe. He may well not be south enough.

Please google the Maunder Minimum and see what happened from 1645 to 1715. 10% of all humans perished due to starvation or cold. Are you or anyone prepared for even 50% of that cold climate? I think not. Please tell me where I’m wrong.
