Should the forecast verify, the High Arctic may now be facing something rarer still: a year without a summer.
–10-15C below normal is significant, even if is is simply born of a particular local condition. I don’t attribute all of every below normal event to global cooling but a portion surely is cooler than otherwise would be.
–Young people in the Eurozone are likely the same as in America: Using Ubers, loading monthly-fee phone apps, ordering a hamburger & fries via a delivery service and perhaps are participating in the current online gambling/betting craze. All while complaining about affordability and the inability to save for a down payment on a home.
–Carrington: I hope the utilities, banking etc, military, internet, police & gov’t entities have at least some of their systems hardened enough to survive a large solar event at a level allowing for a fast recovery. Otherwise, things will get ugly quickly, especially in urban areas.
I doubt that many, if any of the massive data centres being thrown up around the globe in the latest craze of AI are shielded in any way at all. Visualise everything going dark, data wiped, circuits fried and almost every mechanism of modern life eliminated. The social collapse would be catastrophic. The veneer of civilisation would be stripped away. Pick your dystopian movie and there we will be. Only the strong and the violent will survive.
Meanwhile, the planet is being ‘saved’ by us impoverishing ourselves in pursuit of elimination the demon CO2. We deserve to die.

Look at it as the OVERALL TEMP of Earth…its -10-15C Average. Look at it that way okay?
People look at a hot spot and say “See its hotter”…but just there. Another area is much colder so its averages out at a lower OVERALL temp.
So simple even I as a Caveman can see it!

The problem is, I can personally testify to abnormally warm temperatures over the past 6 months or more, but I have to take other people’s word for any hypothetical cooling. If Waygone thinks I’m inclined to do that, then “he don’t know me vewy well, do he?” 🐰🥕
